Studio Overview

The Suzuki Piano Academy is a professional music studio dedicated to
the talent education of its students. Students are taught in the tradition of
Dr. Suzuki's methodology. Students receive weekly private lessons and
monthly group classes.

In the supportive environment fostered by the Suzuki method, and
through the process of learning and developing their musical abilities,
children learn to enjoy music, develop high levels of confidence,
self-esteem, self-discipline, concentration, memory, and the
determination to try difficult things.

Studio is equipped with 2 grand pianos, keyboard, music software
including theory training programs the kids love to use before and after
their lesson, music composition software including sequencing and
notation.

All students learn basic competence on their instrument through the use
of the Suzuki repertoire while learning pre-reading skills involving rhythm
and note recognition, and ear training. After the students have
developed their ability on their instrument and mastery of the basic skills
necessary for successful note reading they begin formal note reading
books.
